| $500 – You provide scholarship to train 4 patient navigators | $1,300 – Supports one patient with transportation and co-payments during three months of cancer treatment |
| $1,000 – Provides educational material to train patient navigators | $2,500 – Supports one patient to pay for her radiation therapy. |
